It’s your wedding, your way.
Day of Services: When the bride and her mom have finally nailed every bit of wedding details down, glued every flower, and called every relative – it’s time to get the show on the road. The difficult part about planning your own wedding isn’t just the work leading up to it, but also the work on wedding day itself. You’ll want to be enjoying yourself, available for pictures, chatting with family and friends, dancing, and actually eating the food. The last thing you want to worry about is if the deejay knows how to pronounce the names of your wedding party, who will cue the flower girl, if the wedding party knows when to lead everyone to the dance floor, keeping a watch on the time when the cake should be cut, and where the ring bearer is when it’s time for the big family photo. That’s where we come in.
Our day of services include meeting before your rehearsal (the day before the wedding date) to discuss details of the event, management of the rehearsal (musical cues, wedding party cues, etc), and day of wedding management. We’ll be the ones making sure the deejay has the right track for your first dance, that the rings are where they should be, that the cake is cut on time, that the wedding party knows which dances they’ll be expected to lead, and when the speeches will begin. We’re prepared with a tried and true check list of every detail that will need to be in place leaving you free to enjoy the evening, knowing all the little things are in very capable hands.
Week of Services: The final week before your wedding can be the most hectic week of all. Tuxes will need to be picked up, flowers scheduled for delivery, final preparations checked with the caterers, specific requests coordinated with the photographer, the rings cleaned – and the list goes on. Our Week of Services include meeting three weeks out from your big day to discuss what will need to handled and when the week of your wedding. That week, we’ll be on top of it while you de-stress and spend important time with your bridesmaids and family. We’ll be orchestrating the rehearsal and wedding day as described in our Day of Services. If you’re just a few weeks away, don’t panic. We can help!
